Student Transportation Request Form

We continue to offer our bus transportation services, exclusively tailored for our undergraduate students, to facilitate convenient travel from predetermined pick-up points at scheduled times. This service is an cost effective and sustainable way to travel to and from the university, but does not include door-to-door transportation.

Please be aware that our bus service can only be booked one trimester at a time. This ensures fair access for all students and helps us manage the service effectively. Details about the pick-up points for each route can be found here.

Bear in mind that the service operates on a first-come, first-serve basis. Availability for all applicants is not guaranteed, so we advise you to make payment only after your seat on the bus is confirmed.

Refund requests are governed by our fees policy, which permits a full refund only if cancellation occurs before the first week of teaching begins. For more information, please refer to our fees policy here.

The arrival time for all bus routes is no later than 8:30am and 1:00pm at the UOWD Knowledge Village Campus. Departure times for all buses is 2:30pm and 6:00pm

I acknowledge that UOWD’s transportation services are provided by the third-party company STS. I understand that STS is fully responsible for the safety, operation, and insurance of the transport. I agree to release UOWD from any liability for incidents, accidents, or injuries that may occur while using STS transportation services and agree to follow all safety guidelines provided by STS and / or UOWD.
