Photo Requirements and Upload:

Please ensure your photo adheres to the following specifications before uploading:
- Photo Type: A recent color passport-size photo is required. Black and white, sepia, or filte red photos will not be accepted.
- Background: The background must be white.
- Pose: Face forward with your head and shoulders fully visible.
- Accessories: Sunglasses and hats are not permitted.
- Eyeglasses: Prescription eyeglasses are acceptable if your eyes are clearly visible without any reflection or glare.
- Expression: Maintain a neutral expression.
- File Format: The photo must be saved in JPEG format.
- File Naming: Name the photo file using your UOWD Student ID number.
If your photo does not meet the above requirements, you will be contacted to resubmit it.
